.Hair Mask- Massage into scalp and throughout hair before bed. Cover hair and wash in the morning.

(Those with thicker hair may find it easier to part hair into sections when applying hair food)

 

.Washed Hair- Massage into scalp & throughout washed/damp hair. Can leave hair to dry naturally or use desired drying method. 

 

.Everyday Use- For those with thicker and or dryer hair may want to add a small amount to hair daily. (Can also be used for braiding and detangling hair)

 

.Lastly, Simply Find What Works For You 

Apply small amounts of hair food each time until reached desired amount.
