How to Use: Facial Steam

• Prepare the steam: Add 3–4 tablespoons of the mix to a large bowl of boiling water (glass bowls are recommended).

• Create a steam tent: Drape a towel over your head to form a tent over the bowl, trapping the steam.

• Position safely: Keep a safe distance from the hot water, close enough to feel the steam on your face.

• Steam your skin: Relax and steam for 10–15 minutes.

• Cool rinse: Follow with a rinse of cool water to refresh your skin.

• Hydrate: Apply a natural toner or floral water, such as Rose Water, to slightly damp skin to lock in hydration.

• Moisturise: Finish with a nourishing moisturiser, like our Chamomile Facial oil to seal in moisture and enhance the benefits of the steam.

• Clean up: Strain the herbal mix and compost the leftovers in a bin or garden soil.
